When I closed my eyes one day to meditate on the Saturn and Pluto conjunction happening on Jan 12, 2020 this image immediately came to me, no hesitation or waiting for the fog to lift. I knew this old crone was my vision of Saturn, the wise grandmother who silently shows you the tough but rewarding path ahead.

She raised her cloak and showed me this image of a forest, with some poisonous plants and Baba Yaga skull garden, that in the distance, offered a secret view of three swans taking flight. If you look close you can see them.

This is meant to be an image for meditation when things feel dark, when we forget our power, and when we are getting caught in self-betrayal modes of being. Allow Baba Yaga to point you to a specific symbol in this image that holds unique meaning for you as medicine to help you remember all is not lost.

Baba Yaga’s medicine is tough and cuts deep, but it’s always medicine that’s most needed in our darkest hour.
